MEET THE MODERATOR
David Vicentin
David Vicentin, is Director of Business Development at BERTEIG who is responsible to design the perfect solution for every company. He is an Industrial Engineer with a Masters degree in Economics and Finance with 15 years of management consulting experience delivering operational excellence and Agile implementation across various businesses. His experience and capabilities allowed him to lead projects in North and South America, Europe and Asia. David’s enthusiasm and practical coaching experience have allowed him to mentor senior managers to achieve sustainable results.
Adopting Agile is as much about trust and relationship building as it is about delivering software that is better adopted and delivered faster. Krista’s career has been dedicated to being a change agent in organizations wishing to adopt Agile Project Management as their SDLC. She is highly effective at guiding organizations through the process of forming productive and cohesive teams, adopting new business and software development practices, and guiding leadership through the sociological change their teams go through while retraining.
No two business are alike and therefore no two implementations of Agile are alike. Krista’s strength lies in her ability to bring people together to engineer their organization for a successful reorganization of their processes. Krista led the team who was the recent recipient of the prestigious Board of Governors award from Georgian College.
While her commitment to her craft keeps her very busy, so does her family of four boys. When not working, you can find her at the beach or making smores with her husband and children.

Michael is a senior Digital Transformation leader with extensive experience in Media, Telecommunications and the Financial Industry. He has an established track record building reliable digital and web-scale solutions while creating an exceptional client experience. Michael has lead in digital innovation with such high-profile accounts as TD, Telus, Starbuck’s, Xerox, MLSE, FedEx, The TSE, and The Globe and Mail.
Michael is also a leader in transformation and process improvement with success in Agile, DevOps and Cloud computing. As a coach and scrum master, Michael is currently enabling clients to become more agile at the team and organization level. He is a leader that believes in the incredible power of collaboration with empowered, cross-functional, and focused teams. He is active in both the Agile and DevOps communities.
