As the VP of Engineering at SPS Commerce, Paul Birkbeck leads the engineering teams for internally and externally facing analytics products, all of which are cloud-based.

His career is focused on successfully bringing big data solutions to market. He takes a holistic approach to this, which means having the right tech, people, processes, and culture in place.

He values engineering best practices, automation, agile, DevOps, and, above all else, a practical approach to building and deploying software.

Antanis has garnered over 15 years of experience in the IT sector after completing his engineering degree. Antanis strives to deliver excellence through continuous business delivery at his current role at SCI MarketView where he manages agile development teams. He strives to improve the client experience and simultaneous meet business objectives by coaching trams with accepted test-driven development (ATDD). Antanis garners the principles of unit testing so that a system can be sourced to production sustainably and instantaneously. Antanis constantly works towards sustainable product delivery while coaching, mentoring and empower team mates to problem solve effectively. Antanis combined experience with product development and management has led his to be an exceptional leader in the field.
